In this paper proposes a dynamic load balancing approach in order that the multi-network mobile gateway (MNMG) distributes its traffic to one of several heterogeneous networks. For high utilization of networks, the MNMG distributes traffic dynamically by reflecting each network state. Abstract

Due to the increasing popularity and the need for cloud computing systems, new paradigms and models such as fog and edge computing have recently emerged.
