The structure of the switching elements of the parallel space switching systems is described as well. Abstract
In the paper, the problems of design of the parallel space switching systems is considered. The shortcomings of crossbar switches are analyzed as well as the possibilities of design of parallel switching in multistage systems. There is also a description of the structure of parallel cross switch, which is the basic one in building the ladder circuits. The structure of the switching elements of the parallel space switching systems is described as well.
