Economic laws and experience of global economy development demonstrate that the efficient structure of natural resources use within a long-term period tends to the structure of natural resources stored in the Earth. If consider the fact that silicon in the Earth crust takes the second place in terms of its mass, then terrestrial silicon solar power systems are to become the global energy source in the future.

Study on hot processing maps and deformation mechanisms of TC11 titanium alloy TC11钛合金热加工图及变形机理研究

Isothermal compression of the TC11 titanium alloy has been conducted on Gleebe-1500D hot-simulator at the deformation temperature ranging from 960°C to 1050°C, the strain rate ranging from 0.01s-1 to 10s-1, the maximal engineering strain 50%. Based on dynamic materials model (DMM) theory, the hot processing maps for TC11 titanium alloy were constructed at different strains with the data of hot compression tests. By analyzing the instability and stability regions of the processing maps and the microstructures of the specimens deformed in different regions, hot deformation mechanisms, deformation defects and optimization of hot working process for TC11 titanium alloy were investigated.

The cost and security of the LiFePO4 power battery is a critical factor in the application of the electric vehicles. The paper describes a management system(BMS) use MPC5510 and LF2407 as the core, POWER PC and the DSP as the main body to build the hardware platform of the battery management system. Embed μC / OS-II in POWER PC and DSP respectively as the real-time operating system. And achieve multiple tasks and CAN bus design of the phosphate iron lithium of power battery management system to improve the vehicle system's real-time and stability.

Study on carbon fiber surface treatment based on surface oxidation method 基于表面氧化法的碳纤维表面处理研究

Surface conditions of carbon fibers severely effect on the bonding strength between the fibers and the matrix, even on the mechanical properties of the composites when carbon fibers were used as reinforcement on the preparation of ceramic matrix composites. Surface treatment of carbon fibers was carried out based on the air oxidation method and the liquid oxidation method with concentrated nitric acid (68%) as the oxidizing solution. It could remove impurities from the surface of carbon fibers and increase the degree of the surface concavoconvex, so the active surface area were increased and then improved the bonding strength between fibers and matrix. The surface topographies of carbon fibers after surface oxidation were characterized by SEM. The results illustrate that, impurities on the surface of carbon fibers are decreased and there are many longitudinal grooves evenly distributed on the surface in favor of increasing the bonding strength between the fibers and matrix.

Magneto-optical properties of CdMnTe single crystals CdMnTe单晶的磁光性质

We describe magneto-optical properties of ternary Cd1-xMnxTe crystals grown by the Bridgman method. This material crystallizes in the zinc-blende structure for values of x<;0.82. The band-gap energy was depended on Mn mole fraction x linearly and increased with decreasing temperature. The increase of the energy gap with increasing x may be due to a decrease in the lattice constant. Faraday rotation as a function of photon energy with various Mn compositions for CdMnTe in the temperature range of 10-300 K has been measured. The Faraday rotation was increased as the photon energy increased near to that of the fundamental band gap. Verdet constant becomes larger since the effect of the sp-d exchange interaction is enhanced as the temperature is lowered.

It was investigated the influence of local heterogeneities in the dielectric sample in the form of cylindrical holes of different depths on the parameters of the response signal using a multisensor control system based on the phenomenon mechanoelectrical transformations. The high efficiency of multisensor system to reliably register the local volume defects of small size was shown.

Solving environmental problems of “breathing” gases purification from methanol 解决甲醇净化“呼吸”气体的环境问题

The true reasons of decrease in efficiency of "breathing" gases cleaning of tanks and railway tanks from methanol on CJSC "Methanol" (Tomsk, Russia) are determined. Platinum catalyst aging is caused by sintering and partial destruction of ceramic blocks owing to excess of ultimate service temperature, blocking of the active centers by coke, nonoptimum working of the catalytic installation. The economic way of block platinum catalysts regeneration is developed. Also the kinetics of the methanol deep oxidation on platinum and metal-complex catalysts is investigated. Moreover optimal operation of installation for "breathing" gases purification is defined.

Increased ultraviolet reflectivity of magnetron deposited Al films 磁控管沉积铝膜的紫外反射率增加

Magnetron sputtering systems are widely used in deposition technology for coatings of different functionality. Optical properties of aluminum coatings deposited by the original method have been investigated in this paper. Film deposition was performed using the planar magnetron with aluminum cathode (99.995%) on the installation for magnetron coating deposition. Medium frequency supply source was used in the installation. The working gas was argon. The working pressure in the chamber upon sputtering was 0.15 Pa. The Halltype source of Ar ions was used in a number of experiments. The experimental technique was the following. One part of glass samples was deposited by aluminum films using a conventional method. The thickness was determined using AvaSpec USB2 spectrometer. Another part of samples was deposited also by aluminum films with the same thickness, but using the original method. The reflection factor of obtained samples from glass was measured on SF-256 spectrophotometer. Photometric studies showed that samples with film aluminum coatings have increased reflection factor in the ultraviolet area in comparison with the films that were deposited using a conventional method. In our opinion, the reason for the increased reflection factor can be due to the changes that occurred in the coating structure. Electron-microscopic studies (SM 12, "Philips") and x-ray diffractometric studies (Shimadzu XRD6000, "Shimadzu") of deposited coatings have been performed to check this supposition.

Photometric studies showed that samples with film aluminum coatings have increased reflection factor in the ultraviolet area in comparison with the films that were deposited using a conventional method. In our opinion, the reason for the increased reflection factor can be due to the changes that occurred in the coating structure. Effect of nanoparticles loading on space charge characteristic of Al2O3-silicone rubber nanocomposites 纳米颗粒负载对al2o3 -硅橡胶纳米复合材料空间电荷特性的影响

2wt%, 3wt% and 4wt% nano-Al2O3 was loaded into silicone rubber respectively. The dispersion of particles were observed by TEM, and analyzed by software Image J. With the increase of nano-Al2O3 content, both space charge accumulation and dissipation rate increase, carrier mobility decreases, trap depth increases. The results show that nano-Al2O3/ silicone rubber composite has more carrier trap than matrix material, and nano-Al2O3 fillers bring in deeper traps.
