Abstract

Substrate materials typically used for microwave or millimeter wave applications may exhibit inherent anisotropy or may be chosen to be anisotrophic for some particular device. This paper presents techniques which compute the dispersive properties of slotlines, coplanar waveguides, finlines, inverted microstrip and striplines on anisotrophic substrates.
