Firstly, the uncertainty attribute of epidemic risk was analyzed through the collection of information on the personnel flow, and the problem that the risk of the epidemic could not be accurately predicted due to the uncertainty of the personnel flow was solved, and emergency prevention and control countermeasures were proposed for the possible COVID-19. Abstract
In this paper, a COVID-19 risk prevention and control decision-making model is proposed according to the incompatible characteristics of epidemic risk prediction.
