For this purpose, the survey was conducted through the Internet and classified the CP into 5 types by using the cluster analysis based on the survey respondents of 332 FIT who have experience of using Deluxe hotels in Busan. As a result, there was a significant difference in satisfaction, the willingness to pay premium and intention to revisit depending on CP. To be specific, others conscious/conspicuous CP showed the highest satisfaction, the willingness to pay premium and intention to revisit, while impulsive CP showed the lowest satisfaction, the willingness to pay premium and intention to revisit for Deluxe hotels. Abstract

摘要本研究旨在针对自由行旅行者(FIT)的消费倾向(CP)和各种住宿设施的出现,使酒店业竞争日益激烈的新趋势,提出一种新的营销策略。为此,通过网络进行了调查,并以在釜山有过豪华酒店入住经验的332名FIT的调查对象为对象,通过聚类分析将CP分为5类。结果表明,不同CP的满意度、付费意愿和重游意愿存在显著差异。其中,其他有意识/明显CP的满意度、付费意愿和重游意愿最高,而冲动型CP的满意度、付费意愿和重游意愿最低。因此,本研究的研究结果有望为吸引更多的国内FIT提供有用的信息,为豪华酒店开发更好的产品和服务提供策略。
