Abstract

Equations are obtained that make it possible to determine the amplitudes of deformations during milling of parts on turning-and-boring machines, which make it possible to control the accuracy and roughness of the processing of parts. Equations were also obtained for determining the root-mean-square values of the vibration velocities and the real part of the deformations of the tool (slider), taking into account the effective loss coefficient of vibrational energy and natural vibration frequencies.
