The conditions for the generating wavelet are stated and the possibility of numerical implementation based on the function of inverse wavelet transform is shown. It is illustrated that the dyadic wavelet transform of signals meets the basic requirements for basic functions systems. Abstract

The paper identifies prospective areas for electric drive control systems development and possibilities for their qualitative improvement. Application of the spectral method to the synthesis of electric drive control systems is under consideration.
