The corresponding analytical dependences have been obtained for the appropriate control of water moving and energy supplying technological processes. The analysis of the optimization objective function and the efficiency coefficients of the individual elements, as well as a general indicator of the system effectiveness, has allowed finding of the optimal system parameters and determination of the energy saving operation modes. Abstract

The theoretical principles of energy saving ways in the melioration and irrigation systems of rural areas have been considered. The issues of electric energy saving are becoming increasingly important due to the constant increase in fares and introduction of the law on the energy efficiency and energy conservation.
