Structural identification of soft-sensor of MTBE unit MTBE装置软传感器的结构辨识

The paper deals with the task of estimating methanol concentration in the process of methyl-tert-butyl ether production by soft-sensor. A comparative analysis of the methods for determining of the main informative input sets for the soft-sensor model is presented. The dynamic soft sensor modeling based on the use of convolution sums in order to take into account the time of measurement delay is used. The static and dynamic soft-sensors are evaluated with the use identification criteria. The performance of dynamic estimator is shown to be better than that of the static estimator.

A method of operating gas turbine generator by mixing air with the cooled recirculating combustion gases, compressing of fuel and air mixture at the cooled recirculating combustion gases, combustion chamber pressurized fuel in the medium obtained compression mixture with the cooled air recirculated products of combustion to form a high-temperature gaseous combustion products, gas turbine decompression formed high temperature to obtain combustion products and the separation into two streams decompression uncooled combustion gas feed stream in a gas duct of the boiler, and the other in a flue recycled gaseous products of combustion to cool and mix with atmospheric air before compression, characterized in that the air before compression is cooled, and cooling the recirculating flue gas and air produces generated in turbo-expander and circulating in a closed circuit with refrigerant.

Justification of wind turbine operation and management modes for russian arctic conditions 俄罗斯北极条件下风力发电机组运行和管理模式的论证

Operation of wind turbines under the Arctic conditions is characterized by poor quality of supplied energy. In a harsh climate, the relevant problem of equipment operation consists in a high risk of energy loss associated with the icing of blades and wind turbine constructions. In this regard, high wind potential of the northern Russian regions will be used much less. The paper proposes zoning of the Russian area based on climatic characteristics. For each class, cost-effective adaptation technologies (anti- and de-icing) are proposed. These technologies can reduce the periods of downtime and increase the economic efficiency of wind turbines in the northern regions. The paper provides guidance on the selection and operation of wind turbine equipment in the Arctic conditions, as well as assessment of the benefits from technologies implementation.

Designing integrated PV facility with dual-axis solar tracking system mounted on the south building face 设计了在建筑南立面安装双轴太阳能跟踪系统的集成光伏设施

This paper provides rationales for effective application of a solar tracking system at the latitude of Chelyabinsk. Efficiency of the PV facility can be improved by 32% with a single-axis tracking system. Expected power increase of the dual-axis tracking system is 40%. The paper presents one of the most accurate algorithms for solar tracking-NREL SPA. Based on the tracking algorithm, equations of the sun diagram are developed for the Chelyabinsk latitude. In addition, the design of the integrated wall-mounted PV facility are described. The proposed design allows cost reduction of the solar tracking system due to decreased number of linear actuators.

On condenser mathematical model method introduction into steam turbine unit mathematical model 将凝汽器数学模型方法引入汽轮机组数学模型

The paper presents the method of introduction of the condenser mathematical model into the mathematical model of the steam turbine unit. The method is illustrated by the block diagram. The authors show the interaction of the turbine and the condenser by the example of the turbine T-50-130. It is shown that the magnitude enthalpy difference of the exhaust steam and the condensate is not constant and depends on many factors which can be considered only within the combined model of the condenser and the steam turbine unit. The authors show the dependencies in order to determine this magnitude for the turbine T-50-130 when operating in heating and condensing modes. They give equations of the condenser material and energy balance on the basis of which it is possible to calculate the condenser heat load taking into account all the components entering into the heat flow which substantially exceeds the calculated magnitude of the manufacturers.

Matrix pencil method for coriolis mass flow meter signal processing in two-phase flow conditions 矩阵铅笔法在两相流条件下科里奥利质量流量计信号处理

The paper investigates the possible applications of the Matrix Pencil Method in Coriolis mass flow meter signal processing. This method provides fast dynamic response since it requires only about one period of the sampled signal. Simulations results show that the proposed technique provides a better performance of frequency and phase difference tracking compared with the Hilbert Transform.

Efficient electric traction drive configuration for battery electric vehicles 高效的纯电动汽车电力牵引驱动配置

This paper presents an electric traction drive for battery electric vehicles (EVs). The various electrical and mechanical parts of EV are modeled and simulated using AVL-Cruise program. The suggested traction system depends on permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) powered from Lithium-ion battery through an electrical drive system. Power management and control (PMC) system is applied adopting a rule-based strategy. The electrical system is designed to satisfy the required high vehicle performance with long travel range and optimal usage of battery. The vehicle performance is assessed using the new European driving cycle (NEDC). Simulation results validate that the proposed traction system match the design requirements of the EV and achieve worthy operation with efficient usage of the vehicle's battery.

Experimental study of current error of up to 50 hz current-measuring transformer 高达50hz电流测量互感器电流误差的实验研究

When using a variable-frequency drive at low and extra-low frequencies, it is difficult to control the current value. Standard current transformers are often used. This paper analyzes the transformer performance at frequencies below the industrial one. The objective is to study operation of the process transformer connected to an adjustable current source experimentally. The paper proves that frequency drop results in excitation current rise, core saturation, and a significant increase of the transformer current error. There are secondary current traces at various degrees of the transformer's core saturation. The authors have studied the effect of both measured current and burden resistance values experimentally on the current-measuring transformer's error within low frequency range. They give some practical advices and solutions related to the use of current transformers when measuring alternating current within the range below 50 Hz.

Using fuzzy logic for vulnerability assessment in telecommunication network 模糊逻辑在电信网络脆弱性评估中的应用

Modern telecommunication networks include different software kinds and operation systems with a large number of vulnerabilities. It is very important to assess risk levels for them. We suggested a method for vulnerability risk assessment in telecommunication networks. It is based on the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) V3, expert judgments and fuzzy logic. We used fuzzy production rules to describe expert's knowledge about risks. We suggested a fuzzy inference method for these fuzzy rules. The risk assessment method has some advantages over CVSS V3. It is able to work under uncertainty and providing there are gaps in the source information.

We suggested a fuzzy inference method for these fuzzy rules. The risk assessment method has some advantages over CVSS V3. Key ways of energy saving in pump units for melioration and irrigation systems 水泵机组节能改造和灌溉系统的关键途径

The theoretical principles of energy saving ways in the melioration and irrigation systems of rural areas have been considered. The issues of electric energy saving are becoming increasingly important due to the constant increase in fares and introduction of the law on the energy efficiency and energy conservation. Use of a regulated electric drive is becoming increasingly widespread for energy savings on pump units. It is necessary to take into account the specific characteristics of electric machines used for melioration. The corresponding analytical dependences have been obtained for the appropriate control of water moving and energy supplying technological processes. The analysis of the optimization objective function and the efficiency coefficients of the individual elements, as well as a general indicator of the system effectiveness, has allowed finding of the optimal system parameters and determination of the energy saving operation modes. On the basis of three year actual data gathered in the melioration pumping station static pressures, a low value (50-60%) of the annual system efficiency has been found.
