With game theory, analyze and compare the pricing behavior of power plant in general pricing and that in utility pricing. Through comparing, the conclusions are obtained: comparing with general pricing, utility pricing mode has more efficiency to motivate power plant to control pollution; utility pricing mode is benefit to motivate power plant to improve control efficiency; utility pricing mode is propitious to motivate power plant to publicize environment protect. Abstract

Power plant has a great influence on environment, especially making much pollution such as waste gas and wastewater. Enhancing environmental management of power plant is important. Pricing mode is related to the pollution behavior of power plant, so it is necessary to set up a new pricing mode that is benefit to environment protection. And it is a main measure to realize sustainable power development. In the paper, utility pricing is put forward. 基于电力与环境协调的电厂电价博弈分析
电厂对环境的影响很大,特别是产生了大量的废气和废水等污染。加强电厂的环境管理十分重要。定价模式与电厂的污染行为密切相关,因此有必要建立一种有利于环境保护的定价模式。是实现电力可持续发展的重要措施。本文提出了公用事业定价的概念。运用博弈论的方法,分析比较电厂在一般定价和公用事业定价下的定价行为。通过比较得出结论:与一般定价相比,公用事业定价模式更能有效激励电厂治理污染;效用定价模式有利于激励电厂提高控制效率;公用事业定价模式有利于激励电厂宣传环境保护。因此,这种定价模式有利于电力与环境的协调发展。
