In this paper, a new smart antenna signal processing method has been proposed for estimating the angle-of-arrival (AOA) of signals using the MUSIC method for wireless communication applications. MUSIC is a well-known high resolution eigen-structure method. This paper also describes how the performance of the estimation process can be enhanced by changing various parameters of the array antenna. The simulation has been conducted under different random signal arrivals and space between array elements.
