Abstract

A 225 GHz Radar Transceiver developed at Georgia Tech will be described and preliminary test results will be presented. The system was designed for coherent operation and features an extended interaction oscillator transmitter, a subharmonically pumped (f/4) receiver, and a quasi-optical duplexer.
