Research of Protected Interests by the Standards of Criminal Law for Criminological Studies in the Air Transport

Abstract

The protection of persons, property and security interests by the substantive criminal law rules are among the key, legally protected interests. Today’s social empiricism confirms us that the security is a significant multidimensional factor of the quality of society and citizen’s life, which we must systematically examine, forecast and secure by the legal and criminological means. We can contribute to the fulfilling one of the basic functions of the state, which is undoubtedly to ensure the security of the state and the security of the citizen. The aim of the paper is to identify the key terms and the specific subject of protection of persons, property and other security interests protected by the law for the scientific problem of the criminology studies in the air transport environment.The paper answers the pre-research questions why research is to be carried out and which are the main research activities that will determine the course of scientific work in order to identify the scientific problem and the appropriate solution methodology for the following criminology studies in a specific air transport environment.
