Project of the Technology-Innovation Platform of Aerospace and Environmental Engineering and Research 航天与环境工程与研究技术创新平台项目

The trend is to create the consortia of public and private sector entities for the purpose of jointly researching the practical problems and finding solutions. The aim of the paper is to identify the scientific problem, research activities and the problem solving methodology for the first consortium project focusing on an expert information portal to support the safe movement of persons in the field using ground and aerial data collection of specific spatial data. The paper on the project proposal is aimed at supporting the innovation through the multidisciplinary industrial research and experimental development within the domain of Digital Slovakia and the creative industry as well as in the field of information and communication technologies and the environment. The paper answers the pre-research questions why research is to be carried out and which are the main research activities that will determine the course of scientific work in order to identify the scientific problem and the appropriate solution methodology for creating an expert information portal to support the safe movement of people the collection of specific spatial data.

Proposal of Nationwide Expert Database of Offenses and Crimes Research in Slovakia - New Case Study of Košice 斯洛伐克犯罪和犯罪研究全国专家数据库的建议- Košice的新案例研究

The presented project proposal explores the importance of perceiving the security of society and the safety of the citizens as an important factor in the quality of life, the support for exploration and the search for optimal tools of society’s reaction, especially to the criminality and the problems of marginalized and socially excluded groups in the Slovak cities. In that context the complexity and interdisciplinary focus is this criminological and security-legal project compiled and prepared. The absence of nationwide criminological and security-legal research conducted in the security environment and the relationship between the various threats to the regional knowledge and research problems with support and the using of modern ground and aerial tools in the urban environment is identified. The paper answers the pre-research questions why research is to be carried out and which are the main research activities that will determine the course of scientific work in order to identify the scientific problem and the appropriate solution methodology for creating the new project within Košice urban environment.

Data Acquisition System for UAV Autopilot and Operator Evaluation 无人机自动驾驶仪数据采集系统及操作人员评估

The article presents the realized electronic monitoring system of actuating operations for small UAVs based on the Intel MAX 10 FPGA and the NXP LPC1768 microcontroller. The system is currently optimized for measurement of the pulse-width modulation control in eight parallel channels. The development of this system was realized based on two requirements, requirement to optimize the coefficients of the autopilot like ArduPilot, which is still frequently used in small unmanned multirotor aircrafts and the requirement to record the actuating operations of the small UAV operator to make it possible to optimize and objectively evaluate the training process through the analysis of the recorded parameters. The article shows the results of test measurements realized on the measurement fixture and measurements of an in flight hover test.

Application of the Project Method into the Teaching of the Aircraft Maintenance Vocational Subject 项目教学法在飞机维修专业教学中的应用

This article describes a project teaching method and its application into a teaching of an aircraft maintenance vocational subject. The first part of the article describes theoretical bases of this teaching method and used research methods. The used methods are basic research methods, project teaching method and questionnaire method. There is described a chosen subject in this part too. The project teaching method has been applied in this subject. The next part of the article is about a project method creation and its application in the teaching. The third part deals with a questionnaire. It is about a questionnaire creation and evaluation. The questionnaire was a source of data and information and it was a feedback for the authors too. An evaluation of all project method is mentioned in this part too. There is described a procedure of a project teaching method implementation at the end of the article. This procedure should be a support tool for teachers which want to applicate this teaching method into theirs teaching process. The main result of this work is a verification if the project teaching method can be used in such a specific subject like the aircraft maintenance vocational subject is.

Pre-Research of Updated Criteria for Recovery State Processes within Integrated Flight Preparation and Training 综合飞行准备和训练中恢复状态过程更新标准的预研究

The optimizing of the National Pilot Training System for the State Operator - Air Force, is a permanent challenge. The training quality affects our future flight safety. The paper is a follow-up to the issue in the framework of the published work on the topic “Pre-Research of updated criteria for Failure status of Integrated Flight Preparation and Training”. The aim of the paper is an indicative pre-research to examine the updated criteria for identifying and describing the model recovery regimes within the Integrated Flight Preparation and military pilot training, as the part of the preparatory stage of the qualitative research of the issue. The paper focuses on defining the problem of updated criteria, the orientation analysis and the plan for further research of the issue within the preparatory stage of qualitative research. Failures of the Integrated Flight Preparation and Pilot Training System mean the identified deviations from the standard results of pilots in each subsystem. The main emphasis lies in the pre-research of updated criteria for the quantitative identification and analysis of 5 selected modes of the failure state recovery. The paper responds to a pre-research question concerning the updated criteria for the possible modes of failure recovery, it means the criteria for the corrections of deviations from the standard results of pilots in the proposed Integrated Flight Preparation and Training model of the future military pilots.

Relative Navigation in Anti-Collision Systems for UAV 无人机防撞系统的相对导航

In this paper, we describe the design of the onboard anti-collision system for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). We assume that all UAV work in the aviation communications network and each of the UAV transmits their location information. The basic condition for the operation of the proposed anti-collision system is an asynchronous communication network. Each network user is precisely determined by the time of broadcasting communications messages. This means that every user who works on this network has information about the time of broadcasting signals to other users. Based on this, we have designed an anti-collision system that will work on the principle of relative navigation.

We assume that all UAV work in the aviation communications network and each of the UAV transmits their location information. The basic condition for the operation of the proposed anti-collision system is an asynchronous communication network. Each network user is precisely determined by the time of broadcasting communications messages. This means that every user who works on this network has information about the time of broadcasting signals to other users.
