Abstract

It is the basis for making analysis of the status quo and implementing effectively road traffic safety management to launch the evaluation for regional road traffic safety, while the construction of scientific and effective evaluation system is the prerequisite of carrying out the evaluation. 基于灰色综合评价模型的区域道路交通安全评价体系构建及应用
开展区域道路交通安全评价是分析现状、有效实施道路交通安全管理的基础,而构建科学有效的评价体系是开展评价的前提。为了给区域道路交通安全评价提供一种方法,利用灰色综合评价模型探讨科学有效的区域道路交通安全评价体系。本文分别利用灰色关联特征向量法和灰色关联分析法构建区域道路交通安全评价指标体系,确定指标权重,然后进行灰色聚类和灰色关联。采用理想点法,建立了一种新的区域道路交通安全评价模型。最后,以中国31个省市的区域道路交通安全为例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为分析中国各省市的现状和差异提供了依据。通过对模型和案例的分析,结果表明,所提出的模型不仅实现了区域安全的分类,而且实现了对同一类别的评价区域的比较和排序。
