Abstract

The article presents a setpoint generator design for shaping the thermal profile with a linear temperature change for providing the desired temperature change within a given period of time. This paper considers the forming of a setpoint signal, which transfers to the temperature controller for the temperature stage based on the Peltier element for ensuring the desired temperature change within a specified time period.
