Football mixed teaching design based on ADDIE model under Information Technology : ——Take kicking on the inside of the foot as an example

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the application of mixed teaching mode based on information technology in curriculum teaching has been proved to improve the teaching effect, which has become the trend of reform. However, there are not many teaching designs for reference on how to apply the mixed teaching mode in the outdoor practice based sports courses, especially in football teaching. In order to improve the current situation and enhance the teaching effect, this paper takes "kicking the ball inside the foot" in the "football" course as an example, combined with the author's many years of teaching practice and experience, based on ADDIE model, analyzes the mixed teaching design of the course supported by information technology, in order to deeply integrate information technology and football course based on practice teaching, and provide reference for similar courses.
