Based on these findings the following recommendations were made that: Nigerian should be transformed into literate citizens to enable them become innovative entrepreneurs. The educational standard –for membership of National Assembly of Nigeria should read a good degree from a recognized university to qualify them as effective participants in global politics and economy.
