Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the stable and reliable operation of the Electric drive transmission needs to maintain the thermal balance of the transmission, this paper studies the cooling demand of the urban bus deep hybrid power, and designs the cooling system to meet its requirements, testing the heating power under three limiting conditions, and then matches the corresponding cooler according to the heating power. The thermal balance test is carried out by carrying the transmission to the whole vehicle.
