Abstract

Technology evaluation is a research hotspot in technology management. And it is rather difficult to identify and evaluate core technology. This article proposes a framework which combined network topology analysis and text mining to solve it. Firstly, keywords were extracted from technical documents which are related to military requirement, equipment system, technology research and scientific knowledge. Then, superedgeRank algorithm was designed according to node similarity. Finally, a case study about unmanned equipment technology is presented.
