Abstract

The chapter is on collaboration and community in higher education. We direct our attention towards collegial learning communities concerning the quality of the teaching in the university and college sector. The aim of this study is to examine the value of practice communities for participants on a basic UH-pedagogical course. The participants refer to how collaboration on the educational quality varies. In conclusion, we discuss a model of progression for collaboration cultures.
