Abstract

"Escola Pra Valer", or Social Flipped Classroom, is an innovative teaching experience that focuses on the social view of the stu-dents and their protagonism in the classroom and in the labora-tory activities. This experience, put into practice at the Labora-tory of Computer Networks (LAR) at IFCE campus Aracati (Ce), uses philosophical assumptions from the book "Escola Pra Valer" suggesting to the teacher strategies that resemble the "Flipped Classroom" methodology.
