A large part of the population still manages waste that can be recycled or reverse logistics incorrectly, resulting in a destination culture that mixes these wastes with tailings and organic waste, where environmental impacts can have gigantic proportions. Therefore, this study evaluated the potential of a residential condominium for the reduction of waste sent to sanitary landfills, where, through the implementation of environmental education actions, the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), Federal Law no. 12.305/2010, aiming to reduce the generation of waste, and the proper disposal of waste for recycling or composting. Abstract
