Abstract

The design of large-scale cast-in-situ box girder platform has always been the focus of continuous beam construction, which includes such problems as whether the temporary support system can meet the requirements of bearing capacity, how to design an appropriate system according to the actual situation of the site, how to install and remove supports. 大型现浇箱梁平台的设计一直是连续梁施工的重点,包括临时支撑体系是否能满足承载力要求、如何根据现场实际情况设计合适的体系、如何安装拆除支撑等问题。顶升支撑平台的功能改造应分两个阶段进行。顶进梁的制梁平台不仅要满足现浇要求,还要承受顶进过程中的水平推力,顶进过程本身对梁底平整度有较高的要求。因此,顶进支撑结构的设计需要从制梁开始进行顶进,更加注重顶进的功能。根据支架的应力要求和稳定性要求,采用基于预制应力的支架结构设计和基于顶升应力的支架结构设计两种方案。通过对比分析,选择了最优方案。
