Nonlinear analysis of flexural capacity of beams integrated material by corn stalk recombined material 玉米秸秆复合材料梁集成材料抗弯承载力的非线性分析

Integrated material by corn stalk recombined material is a new type of wood substitute material made of corn straw after a series of processing technology. In this paper, the nonlinear simulation analysis of the bearing capacity, deformation and other working conditions of the beam is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, to summarize the mechanical characteristics of the material beam. At the same time, the mechanical basis for the application of this material to bending members is proposed by comparing the corresponding performance of the wood beam with that of the beams integrated material by corn stalk recombined material, which has an important reference value for the research on the structural performance of the beams integrated material by corn stalk recombined material.
玉米秸秆复合材料复合材料是一种以玉米秸秆为原料,经过一系列加工工艺制成的新型木材替代材料。本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对梁的承载力、变形等工况进行了非线性仿真分析,总结了材料梁的受力特性。同时,通过对比木梁与玉米秸秆复合材料梁集成材料的相应性能,提出了该材料应用于受弯构件的力学依据,对玉米秸秆复合材料梁集成材料的结构性能研究具有重要的参考价值。

Research on the Influence of Building Layout Forms on Wind Environment in Urumqi City Based on CFD Simulation 基于CFD模拟的乌鲁木齐市建筑布局形式对风环境的影响研究

This paper selects 15 typical layout forms of 3 types of residential clusters in Urumqi City, combines the climate characteristics of Urumqi City, and uses the numerical simulation research method of CFD model to explore the influence of different building layout forms on the wind speed of residential areas in winter and summer, and the wind pressure before and after buildings, and distribution of air vortices. Under the comprehensive consideration of ventilation in summer, windproof in winter and comfortable outdoor conditions, the layout form of building groups most suitable for Urumqi climate conditions was put forward, and suggestions for optimizing the outdoor wind environment of existing buildings were put forward to improve the micro-climate environment to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
本文选取乌鲁木齐市3类住宅集群15种典型布局形式,结合乌鲁木齐市气候特点,采用CFD模型的数值模拟研究方法,探讨不同建筑布局形式对民居冬夏两季风速、建筑前后风压、空气涡旋分布的影响。在综合考虑夏季通风、冬季防风和室外舒适条件的基础上,提出了最适合乌鲁木齐市气候条件的建筑群布局形式,并提出了优化既有建筑室外风环境的建议,以改善小气候环境,达到节能的目的。

Study on the Influence of Slope on the Airflow Structure Characteristics of Long and Large Tunnels During Construction 边坡对大长隧道施工中气流结构特性的影响研究

With highway tunnel construction technology development and progress, my country's social infrastructure construction is booming. Many tunnels have a particular slope. The slope is more important for the construction of long and large tunnels-high demands. Based on the actual engineering case of Xinglong Tunnel, this paper uses FLUENT numerical simulation software to calculate. The research results show that the slope has a significant effect on the change of wind speed along the way. The greater the pitch, the higher the wind speed along the tunnel at the same distance from the tunnel face. The wind speed decreases more slowly along the tunnel as a whole; the more significant the slope, the lower the dust concentration in the tunnel at the same distance from the tunnel face, which is more conducive to the rapid discharge of dust generated by the tunnel face blasting in the tunnel.

Research on Land Use Safety Planning of Storage Tank Area Based on Intelligent Arrangement 基于智能布置的储罐区土地利用安全规划研究

This paper mainly studies the influence of the horizontal layout of the device and the above ground and underground layout on the regional risk under the condition of considering the domino effect, and establishes a model to select an example for quantitative risk assessment. In this paper, a gasoline depot is selected as the analysis object. By comparing the regional risk value (PLL) of different horizontal layout and underground layout, and combining with the simulation of personal risk, social risk and accident consequence, the final conclusion is that there is a difference of “congestion degree” between different horizontal layout, which makes the regional risk level change, The looser the horizontal layout is, the less the peripheral equipment is, and the lower the regional risk level is; On the other hand, the storage tank is placed in the underground tank room, which can effectively buffer the accident hazards and greatly reduce the regional risk level. In the land use resource planning work, through the underground setting and the layout with less “crowding degree”, the regional risk can be effectively reduced, so as to reduce the demand for fire prevention distance and achieve the purpose of saving land resources.

Experimental research on material properties of Chinese fir based on artificial decay damage simulation method 基于人工衰减损伤模拟方法的杉木材料性能试验研究

Chinese fir is one of the most widely used construction materials in traditional timber buildings of southern region of the Yangtze River. To quantitatively evaluate the degradation of mechanical performance with decay diseases, 100 decayed specimens were cultured with wood-rot fungi and the specimens were divided into intact group, 30-day decay time group, 60-day decay time group and 90-day decay time group. The degradation mechanism of mechanical properties of Chinese fir in decay state with time has been fitted through the results of the experiment. The results of this research can provide scientific basis for the structural assessment of traditional timber buildings in southern China with decay diseases.
杉木是江南地区传统木结构建筑中应用最广泛的建筑材料之一。为了定量评价腐烂病对机械性能的退化,采用木腐菌培养100个腐烂标本,将标本分为完整组、腐烂30天组、腐烂60天组和腐烂90天组。通过实验结果拟合了杉木在衰变状态下力学性能随时间的退化机理。研究结果可为南方传统木结构腐朽病害的结构评估提供科学依据。

To study VAE powder on mechanical properties of cement mortar, improve the performance of cement mortarVAE modified mortar compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and bond strength of five kinds of polymer materials (8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%) were tested respectively to study the VAE modified mortar mechanical properties and frost resistance. The results showed that VAE powder incorporation can significantly improve the flexural strength, tensile strength and bond strength of cement mortar. But the improvement effect on the compressive strength of cement mortar is not obvious, even reduced. VAE powder modified mortar's flexural strength, tensile strength, bond strength increased 47.54%, 73.23%, 739.13% compared with ordinary cement mortar.

Stability Control for Surrounding Rock of Undercrossing Subway Tunnels with Large Section and Small Clear Spacing 大断面小间距下穿地铁隧道围岩稳定性控制

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, there are lots of subway tunnels with large section and small clear spacing (LSSCS). Due to the complexity and uncertainty of mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock, subway tunnels with LSSCS are prone to instability and failure. The tunnel of Zhengzhou Subway Line 5 crossing under the existing tunnel of South Jingguang Expressway is selected to analyze the stress characteristics of surrounding rock and the law of ground settlement. Based on the results of numerical simulation and field monitoring data, stability control measures for surrounding rock and modified theoretical formulas of surrounding rock pressure (SRP) are proposed. The main contributions are as follows: (1) The maximum horizontal stress is found at the outer arch foot of the tunnel, and the maximum vertical stress is found at the inner arch foot. (2) With the increase of the tunnel clear spacing, the ground settlement decreases, and the ground settlement above the first tunnel is a little lager than that above the latter tunnel. (3) The excavation sequence of K2 in CRD method and the reasonable clear spacing of 3.4 m can be used as the optimal construction scheme to effectively improve the surrounding rock stability (SRS). (4) The modified theoretical formulas of SRP based on numerical simulation results and field monitoring data can provide theoretical guidance for controlling the SRS of this undercrossing tunnel and other similar tunnels.

Effects of Different Admixtures on Workability and Tensile Properties at Maintained Extension of Styrene-Acrylic Emulsion-Based Cement Composites 不同外加剂对苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳化基水泥复合材料可工作性和抗拉性能的影响

Aiming at the joint diseases of airport cement concrete pavement, the effects of different admixtures and their dosages on the workability and tensile properties at a maintained extension of styrene-acrylic emulsion-based cement composites pavement joint were studied through leveling test, consistency test, mercury intrusion porosimetry and determination of tensile properties at maintained extension. The leveling property, consistency and elastic recovery rates were tested and the effect of modification was revealed from a microcosmic aspect in combination with mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that the consistency increases with the increase of film-forming additive and plasticizer, while decreases with the increase of silane coupling agent, and the leveling property all remains good. The excessive addition of silane coupling agent and plasticizer will lead to the deterioration of tensile properties at a maintained extension of the joint filler. The reasonable content of film-forming additives, plasticizers and silane coupling agents was obtained through experiments.

Research Advances on Steel Frame Beam-Column Joints with Seismic and Collapse Resistance 钢框架梁柱节点抗震抗倒塌研究进展

With the development of building industrialization, the prefabricated buildings have received unprecedented attention. Most of the steel structures are prefabricated in the factory and installed in the construction site, which is a typical prefabricated building structure. For the commonly used steel frame structures, the research status of the seismic and collapse resistance of the beam-column joints were summarized respectively. Then, the research status of the joints with seismic and collapse resistance was presented. Existed research showed that: The engineering design is no longer satisfied with the good seismic performance. The building structures need to possess recoverable function at the same time. The steel frame joints with recoverable function mainly include: the bolted joints; the joints with energy dissipation damper; the hinged connection joints. On the other hand, to fully exert the catenary effect of the steel beam under collapse condition, it is necessary to improve or optimize the existed joints. This has become a hotspot in the anti-collapse research. At present, the earthquake and collapse condition were not synthetically considered for the research of the steel frame joints. Therefore, it is urgent to present a novel steel frame joint with seismic and collapse resistance.

Advances in Optimal Sensor Placement for Structural Health Monitoring 结构健康监测中传感器优化配置的研究进展

In recent years, with the in-depth research on the structural health monitoring systems, how to arrange the limited sensors in the reasonable position of the structure to better obtain the dynamic response information of the structure has become the hot research topics, especially in the specific case [1]. According to a large number of researches, the accuracy of information collection and the credibility of damage identification are greatly affected by different layout methods of sensors. Therefore, arranging sensors feasibly to obtain sufficient information of structure is essential. Therefore, this study summarizes the calculation method of optimal sensor placement in structural health monitoring. Firstly, the existing optimization methods and common evaluation criteria of sensor layout are summarized and introduced in detail. Secondly, summarize the shortcomings of existing methods. Finally, the insufficient research and unsolved problems are concluded. Based on the above three analysis steps, it is concluded that in a specific structure, the evaluation criteria of various methods have different focuses, and it is difficult to find the optimal scheme. A good sensor placement method and the combination of positions determined may not be suitable for another structure. The specific method to be applied depends on the purpose of structural test analysis. In practice, a variety of methods can be used to preliminarily determine the sensor position combination, and then make a choice according to the test purpose and requirements.
