Abstract

A full-field optical coherence tomography with a swept source integrating a superluminescent diode and an acousto-optic tunable filter is designed, implemented, and tested. The center wavelength and the bandwidth of the swept source are 840nm and 50nm, respectively. There are estimated about 688 laser lines generated in a sweep cycle. For convenience, a Mirau objective lens is adopted to simplify the system structure. Some preliminary experiments were conducted by using the system, and an onion was adopted as the sample.
