In 2011, out of more than 100 children’s and youth public organizations of the Republic of Karelia, only 10 deal with patriotic issues, of which 7 are search organizations. Abstract
Currently, the Republic of Karelia has a low number of children and youth leisure institutions that purposefully create conditions in their activities for the education of patriotism among the younger generation. In 2001, clubs and public associations of a civil-patriotic orientation operated in almost all regions of the republic.
