Abstract

The hybrid multilayer X-ray sensitive structure with direct enlightening has been developed. The direct enlightening provides high quantum output of absorbed light. It is necessary to combine an output signals from different layers. An electronic calibration allows partially combining that output signals. The simulation of multilayer X-ray CCD and CMOS detectors for energy range from 1 to 100 keV has been carried out. In comparison to previous detectors, its sensitivity is increased in 80 - 120 times. This advantage has significant meaning for medicine and other fields.
