Abstract

In formal learning environments there is a diversity of interests and abilities that need to have space in the interaction between those involved in the production and sharing of knowledge. This diversity of skills is still not supported by existing systems, when the goal is collaboration on active learning models. The design solutions need to align systems with the needs of students and teachers and the learning objectives.
