Abstract

The article considers the comparative aspect of teaching classical Russian literature of the first third of the 19th century to the students of the bachelor’s degree program based on the poetic translations and versifications of English and German writers made by the Russian poet V. Zhukovsky. Zhukovsky’s translations are interpreted in the context of E.
