Therefore, it’s essential to describe the service resources in combination with the scene and provide the service resources that adapted to the scenario to users in a more accurate and rapid way. To achieve this, we propose a scenario-based service resource description model based on ontology modeling. A multi-view retrieval method is simultaneously developed for rapid retrieval of service resources. Abstract

In recent years, soft service robot(e-SBOT) that can exist in any intelligent terminal have received widespread attention. However, currently the services provided by e-SBOT are extremely limited. 基于多视图场景的服务资源描述建模与应用方法
近年来,可存在于任何智能终端的软服务机器人(e-SBOT)受到了广泛关注。然而,目前网上银行提供的服务非常有限。这种缺陷主要源于两个方面的问题,一是由于对用户需求的理解不完全导致对用户需求的捕捉不准确,二是由于服务资源的丰富性、多样性和复杂性,使得选择合适的资源变得困难。现有的服务资源库主要基于数字世界,缺乏对数字世界和物理世界的服务资源的统一描述和管理。此外,推荐与用户当前场景不匹配的服务资源大多是无用的,会导致更差的体验。因此,结合场景对业务资源进行描述,将适应场景的业务资源更准确、更快速地提供给用户是非常必要的。为此,提出了一种基于本体建模的基于场景的服务资源描述模型。为实现服务资源的快速检索,提出了一种多视图同步检索方法。实验结果表明,本文提出的模型和方法能够提高检索速度,准确地返回适合用户场景的服务资源。
