Abstract
In this paper it is presents a characterization of the environment of teachers who have given classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in basic education, as well as the students and guardian or parents, using the GQM Quality Model as a guide to generate a metric that measures in a certain way the environment of teachers and their way of teaching during social isolation supported and mediated by technology.
