Abstract

Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) is applied to measure the actual production capacity of equipment, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) is adopted to improve the system production efficiency. In order to obtain the OEE improvement method based on TOC, bottleneck identification model and buffer model are established.
