Abstract

The geometric size of nozzle flowmeter is the key parameter to calculate the flow rate. The throat diameter of the nozzle is the main data of nozzle manufacturing and calculation. Accurate measurement of nozzle throat diameter plays an important role in how to save energy and reduce emissions, and accurately analyse energy loss. The roundness of nozzle throat is the main factor affecting the accuracy of diameter measurement. The roundness is measured and analysed accurately in the test. The diameter value is affected by roundness, which affects the accurate measurement of flow.
