The review shows clear evidence that there is a division between the Global North and South in terms of participation with open educational resources (OER). Abstract
The emergence of Open Educational Resources (OER) triggers specific characteristics in the repositories, which have had to adapt to the needs of OER users, identifying and creating specific typologies, addressed by recent research.
