The expert system employs predicate calculus and Bayesian theorem to construct the decision rules, and Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) as a production rule to calculate information gain from the decision tree. Experiment conducted with 120 song data samples shown the accuracy rate of 91.67% of suggesting the entitled parties for the royalty of a song. Abstract

Determining the parties which are entitled to receive royalty for a commercial product such as music and songs is getting more complex in today’s world.
