Abstract

Designing a noncontact measurement probe can reduce costs. But this probe may be two questions, the first question is how to correctly received the signal, because, unlike non-contact probe contact probe signals can be passed through the probe correctly, the second question is how to reduce signal attenuation in the probe passes, because non-contact probe signal is received via an antenna, the signal value obviously much less compared to the contact probe.
