To establish effective inspection parameters, simulations and experiments were conducted on the factors, including coupling, elements and aperture, focal law, scanning approaches and ultrasound field. Standard test block and contrast test block were designed and machined and tested, then a series of feasible parameters were determined. Thus, specific probe, wedge and instrument were manufactured, and the inspection on the actual vessel product was carried out. The results showed that the proposed ultrasonic method and its inspection parameters could meet the periodic inspection well. 高压氢气容器超声相控阵周期性检测参数的研究
钢质层状高压氢气容器是我国自主发明的高压容器之一,具有良好的安全性和储氢功能,在加氢站广泛装备。近年来,这些船舶中有许多投入使用,而且这些船舶几乎到了定期检查的时候。然而,对于双层封头与界面锻件对接焊缝的定期检测,目前尚无这种方法。为了克服周期性检测的困难,在最新发布的中国团体标准中首次提出了一套周期性检测方法,其中认为内部超声相控阵是最复杂的检测方法。为了建立有效的检测参数,对耦合、元件与孔径、焦点规律、扫描方式和超声场等因素进行了仿真和实验研究。对标准试块和对比试块进行了设计、加工和试验,确定了一系列可行的参数。为此,制作了专用探头、楔板和仪器,并对实际容器产品进行了检测。结果表明,所提出的超声检测方法及其检测参数能够很好地满足周期性检测的要求。最后,建立了定期检查方法并作为标准发布。
