Abstract

Architecture of a digital programmable gmC-filter with a linearized operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is proposed. The gain was varied by 2dB in 4 steps, the cut-off-frequency between 250MHz and 350MHz. Experimental results in a standard 120nm CMOS technology are presented.
