The proposed method is applied to the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic KC200GT solar module under standard test conditions (STC) and under different irradiations and temperatures. Abstract

In this paper, a five parameter extraction method for a single diode model of photovoltaic panels is proposed. The method is based on an iterative algorithm and able to estimate the electrical parameters from the panel’s datasheet information.
