MATLAB was used to extract the power values of all the subjects' brain bands and calculate the corresponding FAA. SPSS18.0 was used for statistical analysis. After acute Baduanjin exercise, resting state FAA remained unchanged. Compared with the control group, the degree of FAA in the resting state was higher in Baduanjin group. Acute Baduanjin exercise has no obvious effect on emotion regulation ability.
