With the development of information technology such as computer vision and human-computer interaction, online physical education has become an active field of current physical education research. Especially with COVID-19, a significant number of people are restricted to learning and exercising motor skills in small spaces, but most of the movement cannot be carried out in narrow environment. Wushu is exempt from this restriction, so it is often used in online physical education in China. In this context, we propose a Wushu posture recognition system based on camera and MediaPipe for tracking hand, head and body movements of users. According to the Landmarks returned by Mediapipe, we designed recognition algorithms for Fist, Palm, Hook, Tiger Talon, Forward Lunge, Horse Stance and Empty Step. By testing 400 photos, the experimental results show that these algorithms can effectively identify these movements. From there, we built a system using Python to help users perform Wushu training independently, safely, and efficiently without a teacher.

In recent years, many scholars have conducted in-depth research on classroom teaching reform as China's education reform has been deepening. Although there are certain achievements in sports dance education and teaching, it is still worthy of further exploration and empirical research on how to use appropriate and effective teaching methods in the classroom teaching as guided by the education reform in the new era, to make the education evaluation more scientific, professional and objective by combining modern information technology with education teaching in-depth. In this study, the three-dimensional motion capture is applied to the teaching of Latin dance in colleges and universities. The author selects excellent Latin dancers' $(mathbf{n}=6)$, uses their forward walk with swing technical movements as the teaching content, and makes movement analysis with image processing technology. In this study, the students $(mathbf{n=20})$ of the sports dance elective course at Guangzhou Sport University are selected as the experimental subjects, and they are compared and analyzed through the teaching effect of the two groups after 8 weeks of teaching experiment. According to the results of the study, (1) after analyzing the excellent Latin dancers' movements, the technical movements of the forward walk followed by swing can be divided into 6 phases, and each phase has different technical characteristics; (2) after the teaching experiment, two groups show significant differences in the technical scores of Latin dance movements $(mathbf{P<0.01})$ by analyzing two groups of students' displacement changes of the center of gravity in technical movements, compared with the experimental group, the excellent Latin dancers' group has less offset in the X-axis direction, less change in vertical displacement in the Z-axis direction, and less speed in the Y-axis direction in the ending phase, their body trunk is close to vertical in the swing phase. All of these reflect better control of the center of gravity and smooth and stable movements, which are in high agreement with the movement scoring results. Conclusion: It is of guiding significance to apply three-dimensional motion capture to the teaching of technical movements of sports dance, and it is a positive reference for the objective evaluation and quantification of technical movements.

Tai Chi has become a daily exercise for people. Taijiquan is a summary of the practitioners' long-term practice and experience of body changes. After historical inheritance, many theories have been neglected, and more and more people pay attention to the scientific study of Taijiquan. In this paper, the characteristic values of motion signal are extracted from time domain and rate. The representative characteristics of motion are studied. The dimension reduction of the extracted eigenvalues is used to improve the subsequent efficiency. Draw the characteristic curve, and extract the characteristic law of the movement electrical signal of Tai chi long-term practitioners through the comparative analysis of the practitioners. In the experiment, the differences between long-term and short-term exercisers' motor signal characteristic values are used to achieve the graphical display of characteristic signals through the design of a small training system to make the internal movement training explicit and intuitive, and provide guidance for the further training of Tai Chi boxing.

In order to study the regularity of ECG changes of marathon runners during half-marathon, we collected the ECG data of 20 male marathon runners during exercise, and analyzed the time domain, frequency domain and nonlinear characteristics of ECG signal heart rate variability. The results show that with the increase of movement distance, the time domain indexes MEAN and SDNN decrease significantly; the frequency domain indexes LF and LF/HF increase significantly, and the HF index decreases significantly; the nonlinear indexes approximate entropy and sample entropy decrease significantly. The index values before and after exercise were significantly different, and different exercise fatigue states could be distinguished by the changes in index values. Marathon athletes have good physiological adaptability after long-term low-intensity or short-term high-intensity training, especially the parasympathetic nerve has a high tension in the resting state. Heart rate variability can represent the time domain parameters of parasympathetic nerve tension and changes, and is an important parameter for judging the physical energy reserve of body fatigue and exercise. For the tactical analysis in sports video, the trajectory of ball and players is very valuable data. Therefore, this paper puts forward a system of reconstructing the trajectory of ball and players from volleyball videos. The main tasks include player detection and tracking, trajectory repair and Volleyball scene 2D mapping. According to the fixed competition area, the Yolov5 algorithm is used to train the detector, and vol-DeepSORT is combined to realize the real-time detection and tracking of the players, which can reduce the problems of missed detection and false detection caused by long-term occlusion and lens running. Finally, the camera calibration is used to reconstruct and display the trajectory information of the ball and players, which is helpful for professionals to know effectively and comprehensively the tactical application in volleyball matches.

The positive effects of Baduanjin on human body shape, physiological function and mental health have been widely confirmed, but the characteristics of the positive effects on the central nervous system are not clear. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the effects of Baduanjin training on frontal alpha asymmetry ( FAA). Nineteen subjects were included in the study, including 10 male college students without any Baduanjin or martial arts practice experience, who were classified as the control group. There were 9 male college students who had more than two years' experience in Baduanjin. German ANTNeuro equipment was used to collect EEG signals in the resting state and Baduanjin task. MATLAB was used to extract the power values of all the subjects' brain bands and calculate the corresponding FAA. SPSS18.0 was used for statistical analysis. After acute Baduanjin exercise, resting state FAA remained unchanged. Compared with the control group, the degree of FAA in the resting state was higher in Baduanjin group. Acute Baduanjin exercise has no obvious effect on emotion regulation ability. Long-term practice of Baduanjin can improve the emotional regulation ability of human body to a certain extent.
