The review concludes that the information system is essential for individuals and organizations in every day of operational activities. Some models are completed research but not developed in activities, efficiency, and digital mindset to explore satisfaction of system. The study suggests that digitalization can also be a tool for conception to the current information system and system dan system usage of human resource information. Abstract

Nowadays, information technology is essential for every organization to achieve effective and efficient business processes. Being practical and efficient indicates that a business venture is in the right direction, as human resource management makes decisions to achieve the goal. This study explores the concept of user satisfaction and system use of human resource information systems by analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the system.
