Besides using methods such as system usage and information usage, the writer also explores digitalization and digital mindset to analyze system usage and user acceptance (satisfaction) as an indication to achieve efficiency and effective operation. The review concludes that the information system is essential for individuals and organizations in every day of operational activities. Some models are completed research but not developed in activities, efficiency, and digital mindset to explore satisfaction of system. The study suggests that digitalization can also be a tool for conception to the current information system and system dan system usage of human resource information. Finally, we can say that this model suggests a combination of user satisfaction, quality system, and quality information model or concept supported by digitalization (namely mindset) to support the effectiveness of the human resource information system.

It has become a new phenomenon where customers are now more interested in a product representing owners' hopes and desires. It indeed cannot be separated from the patterns and lifestyles of people who are increasingly open in accepting the development of information technology, where access to information about interior design furniture is straightforward to obtain. Therefore, it makes a new trend rapidly influencing the paradigm of modern society today about interior design, especially custom interior furniture products. This study uses a Literature Review approach which reviews and discusses a series of Custom Products with references from existing articles. The selected variables are Custom Products, Innovation Adaption, Brand Image, Life Style, Trust, and Customer Loyalty.

Human behavior is influenced by three needs: achievement, affiliation, and power affiliation. In that regard, individual motivation encourages a person to achieve more results. Furthermore, employee performance is the output of an employee behavior process that refers to the achievement of performance and targets set by the organization, a reflection of the results achieved by an employee in the organization. Career commitment, in this case, plays an essential role because it becomes a long-term driver of the individual. This study intends to formulate a model of affiliation achievement motive and power motive on career commitment and employee performance where career commitment mediates. Thus, it could be a foundation for future research.

This paper aims to analyze the ability of Innovation through knowledge management and Motivation. The method used is a systematic literature study. Article searches implemented online using the keywords "innovation ability, knowledge management, motivation." used Fifty-five articles for the period 2010-2020 were used to perform a literature review taken from Science Direct, Sagehub, Ebscohost, Springer Link, Proquest. Based on the literature review results, knowledge management and Motivation affect Innovation. An innovation this ability is driven by intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation. Inherent Motivation includes responsibility, rewards, the work itself, development, and progress, while extrinsic Motivation includes salary, policies, work relations, work environment, and supervision. However, be integrated to improve Innovation and knowledge management towards human resource development. Moreover, various knowledge or knowledge sharing and technology becomes very important to increase the ability to produce Innovation. This study will be the initial research for the following dissertation research.
