We propose an efficient resilient path management mechanism for BGP/MPLS VPN which can rapidly reconfigure MPLS paths in case of multiple link and/or node failure occurrences. An existence condition for finding a fast backup path which satisfies the resilience constraint is derived for a full mesh BGP/MPLS VPN. An efficient path-finding algorithm with O(n) computational complexity is presented.
