The reseacrhers used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey methods, the data used by researchers in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, the respondents determined by researchers were 62 students of class X in one of the private vocational schools in West Java. Data Analysis technique used by researchers is double regression. The results of the study that were studied showed that : Partially or simultaneously, teacher performance is categorized as fairly good, student learning motivation is categorized as fairly good, teacher performance and student learning motivation affect student learning outcomes. The results that can be taken from this study are, the high student learning outcomes are influenced by the performance of qualified teachers and high student motivation.ABSTRAKTujuan tulisan iniaadalah untuk menguraikan hasil penelitian tentang dampak kinerjagguru dan motivasibelajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di salah satu SMK Swasta di Jawa Barat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory, data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, responden yang ditetapkan peneliti yaitu 62 orang siswa kelas Xdi salah satu SMK Swasta di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang dipilih yaituregresi berganda. Adapun hasil penelitianmemperlihatkan bahwa: secara parsial ataupun secara simultan, kinerja guru dikategorikancukup baik, motivasibbelajar siswa dikategorikancukup baik, kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
