This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of using Microsoft Access in managing archives. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of the research show that when viewed from the existence of the Microsoft Access-based E-Archive application at SMKN 1 Bandung, it can be categorized as very effective with the results obtained at 84.62%; when viewed from the effectiveness of the usability of the E-Archive Application, it is very effective with the results obtained of 86.70%; and when viewed from the convenience of using the E-Archive application based on Ms. Access at SMKN 1 Bandung can be categorized as very effective with the results obtained by 85%. The conclusion of this study proves that the Microsoft Access-based application at SMKN 1 Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic was very effective, so it can be said that this application is optimal because it can facilitate digital archive management and facilitate archive retrieval.

As teenagers, vocational high school students are considered vulnerable to negative influences from the surrounding environment. This can lead to moral degradation for teenagers. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation of the quality targets for the first quarter of 2022, there were 4.3% of late arrivals and dress code. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of school culture in an effort to strengthen the character values of students at Vocational High School Wahidin Cirebon. This study uses a descriptive method to analyze the events that occurred during the course of the research object. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of school culture at Vocational High School Wahidin Cirebon is very good. This can be seen from the various school programs carried out to support the habituation process, the application of school rules, activities in creating the uniqueness of the school, increasing literacy and extracurricular activities, as well as stakeholder involvement. For this reason, school culture is one means to instill the value of one's character, but this also requires the cooperation of stakeholders.

The design of the learning implementation plan is important in determining the success of the learning process so as to produce the output of students who are knowledgeable, skilled, as expected by educators. Creative and innovative RPP designs will certainly increase students' interest in learning about subjects. For teachers, the design of lesson plans is one of the mandatory tasks to compile it as a basis and benchmark in organizing teaching and learning activities.This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between lesson plan design for subjects and student interest in OTKP majors at SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten using descriptive qualitative methods. Data were obtained through interviews involving OTKP teachers as resource persons. As a result, the design of the lesson plans made by the teacher affects the learning interest of OTKP students. The RPP design is made by presenting the latest innovations, creative learning methods, making students enthusiastic in participating in learning. In addition to the design of the lesson plans, the delivery of the material content also supports students' interest in learning.

Problems will arise as a result of the mistakes in the leadership style of the principal as the leader of the educational organization in improving teacher performance to improve the quality of education is a problem that needs to be overcome. In this study, a qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used. Data collection was carried out by the author through field observations and in-depth interviews with resource persons about the leadership style of the principal in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan, Bandung City. The first conclusion was that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung uses a family participatory leadership style. Secondly, the teacher's performance is still weak. Third, the right leadership style used by the Head of SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung to improve teacher performance is organizational participatory leadership combined with better teacher performance monitoring. The implication of this study is that the leadership style of the principal in improving teacher performance needs to be improved to improve the quality of student education at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Bandung.

Entering the competitive world as it is today, teachers are required to always create new innovations that will appear in a healthy organizational environment. This research aims to find out the innovative work behavior of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi, Malang Regency through the assumption of organizational justice and transformational leadership style applied. Quantitative methods are used to collect data through online questionnaires. From the entire population of existing teachers, samples were taken with proportional random sampling techniques, so as to get a sample of 51 people.Multiple linear regression tests are used in data analysis techniques through SPSS software.The results of the analysis showed a positive and significant influence between organizational justice and transformational leadership styles on innovative work behavior of teachers.So that the research conducted during this pandemic is considered to have the benefit to determine the extent of the application of organizational justice variables and transformational leadership styles to influence innovative work behavior variables of teachers.
