Abstract
The purpose of the article is to point out the importance of the problem and the significance of the topic of the 21” century with all the means necessary to implement force protection conditions against terrorist threats in the United States of America (USA) and in Slovak Republic. The aim of the article is to compare the structure, to define and explain the significance with a clear implementation of force protection conditions (FPCONs) as they are understood in the requirements of the USA and as they are understood in the requirements of the Slovak Republic.
