Abstract

This paper presents the state-space modeling of a system consisting of a class-E amplifier and an inductive link with three coils, featuring a reading unit and a sensor unit. From the developed model, it was possible to carry out a series of simulations in order to evaluate and improve the system performance before its implementation. The inductive link is able to perform the energy transfer from the reading unit to the sensing unit, in order to supply power to a given load in the sensing unit.
